1. Performance management in affiliates under the Oasis Group of Hospitals. 2. In charge of operations under the office of the Chief Operations Officer. 3. Drafting advertisements for authorized recruitments, ensuring conformity of job advertisements to job specifications.

4. Undertaking long listing of job applications and provide the longlist to support shortlisting.

5. Recruitment and selection process for all affiliates including background checks to onboarding of new staffs.

6. Ensuring HR policies are followed strictly.
