• I was responsible for the overall assessment, approval, management, control, coordination and execution of multiple projects to support headquarters business line management with the Waterborne Commerce Statistics Center and the United States Office of Management and Budget. This facilitated Congress decision- making with the acquisition, collection, processing and distribution of national navigational data for the Civil Works Program.
