Provided logistical support for mission-critical flight operations for the President of the United States and a Department of Defense test program valued at $83B
Directed the Company’s logistics operations, analyzed supply operation procedures identifying 11,200 overdue transactions and records. I was able to research and eliminate $263M in backlogs to rectify 2 years of non-tracked status.
Conducted annual supply transactions worth $800M+, conducted market research, and processed 100K line items for 500 accounts supporting 3K customers

Chief Material Examiner and Identifier
Managed the Companies Precious Metals program leading 20 local Divisions, 3 Geographical Separated Divisions and 1 federal agency to the recovery and distribution of 5 rare earth metals, culminating 103K assets worth $43M. This reoriented the Company with White house and DoD shared requirements for rare earth supply chain resiliency efforts in accordance with Executive Order 14017
Materiel Management expertise was critical to crafting the Companies first ever Health Hazard item inspection program, validating and inspecting over 15K items, identifying 805 assets at server risk for contamination. This experience prevented and mitigated 3 major OSHA violations and a level II multi-hazardous incident, cementing the company’s compliance with the Department of Labor law.
Crafted the Companies Shelf-life and Elastomeric Inspection process scrutinizing 46K assets. This enabled the first digital real time tracking of FIFO and LIFO for the company preventing 127 dry-rotted capital reaching 114 weapon systems.
Developed Companies radioactive item Inspection program. This program rectified a 5-year program non-conformance. I authored a 6-step periodic evaluation survey and inventory methodology, solidifying the company back into compliance with the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation.

Project Management
Directed Corporations Mass Accident Response Exercise and Inspection, devising and leading the company through its first ever full-scale exercise in 3 years. 7 Critical failure deficiencies were identified with solutions developed for future compliance. This directly increased the Company’s ability to execute Emergency Management responses to Aircraft crashes.
Engineered 3-year corporate wide inspection strategy for 682 programs, 28 Divisions and 3 Geographically separated Divisions. This allowed the company to identify over 924 minor, significant and major discrepancies for 200+ career fields.
Developed Corporations Self-assessment program 142 managers and 431 Company Inspection team members. Oversaw the compliance and tactical use of the program assisting the managers in developing deficiency resolution programs. Leading the Inspection division to be identified as the #1/33 across the Air Force.
Directed Corporations Contingency Response exercise and Active Shooter Exercise, leading 241 employees with 2 local Tucson emergency response organizations. These exercises tested 14 Chief operating Officers inspection objectives, with 128 events taking place across 1.6 miles. This increased the company’s emergency response capabilities and trained 11K employees.
Corporate Auditor
Led team of 51 inspectors for regional company level inspection, evaluated 218 Logistics and supply chain management programs. 36 deficiencies were validated, preventing the logistic division from a 50M a year waste in precious metals.
Led employee manpower study. I identified Corporation career field manning imbalance. I scrubbed the 140-member Human resources positions document to discover skilled labor utilization programs were not utilized. This allowed the company to redirect 40K man hours towards Aircraft maintenance.
Chaired Congressional Inspection Combating Trafficking in Persons, developed 12-point inspection program for 3 Divisions. This led to the identification of a 3 year old undetected Critical deficiency.
Authored Maintenance and Logistic Discipline Chief Operating Officers inspection program, this 12-month inspection yield 314 minor, significant and major discrepancies. Most notably I was able to identify and rectify $25M prohibited and illegal disposal of preparatory assets, the utilization of Safety of Flight and Time Compliance Technical order assets without certification and $2B in waste across the Air force in aircraft assets.
Material Contract Officer
Uncovered Air Force Life Cycle Management Contract oversight, I identified a 6 year C-130J propeller contract deficit leading to 78 failed requirements of the contract. I discovered no Contract officer Representative was established for the company leading to the oversights. I was able to negotiate with the company and the Air force to reestablish develop the contract requirements safeguarding $286M in assets.
Managed the Airforce contract for airlift and Cargo movement for Erbil Iraq. I was able to identify 4 local agencies not adhering to the established contracts. I was able to negotiate the release of 12 assets that were at zero worldwide availability to the Airforce with the local nationals. This drove me to establish a meeting the Global logistics managers of DHL, FEDEX, UPS and the Airforce Transportation command. I was able to skillfully negotiate the diversion of assets through other means decreasing the delivery of assets from 21 days to 7 days in an austere environment. I was able to develop a revised contract, and this resolved the issues of assets being held by the local agencies.
Attended and Represented the Pararescue special operations Division at 4 National exhibition conferences. Negotiated the contract for 12 separate companies and the Rescue Division. This prompted 2 year of sustained and reliable equipment purchase of 11k assets totaling $54M.
