Superintendent for Schneider Electric at The Boydton, Va Data center site. Working on a Hot Air containment system for 20 Mechanical Electrical Rooms. Supervising electricians in completing the task to allow the temperature to not exceed 104 degree F to the UPS cabinets.

Constellation New Energy -Micro Grid project Nov.2020 to Sept.2032

Responsible for Project Management and Quality Control of design, material and construction processes for the installation of Micro grid controls from eight I.C. Engines, BAS load shedding, and 8.5 Mw Steam Turbine Generator. Testing and operation of Micro Grid with M&V annual acceptance from Marine Base and NAVFAC. This is a combined ESPC project with a total reduction in energy consumption associated with controlling the Base total power from the installed STG and I.C. Engines. This is the most advance Micro Grid on a military base in the world. Included with the design is 11 RTU units with a data warehouse connecting to a 130 building BAS server and RTU server to automatically control all power related issues. Responsible for Project Management and quality control of design, material and construction processes for the installation of lighting re-lamping, Micro grid controls, air compressor changes, steam turbine installation with a three mile transmission system and building automation of 120 building at the Albany Marine Corp

Logistic Base.

Plant Manager - Goat Mountain Wind Farm Feb. 2008 to Aug. 2008 Managing a 100 Turbine windfarm consisting of 1MW and 2.4MW Mitsubishi Wind turbines. Located in Robert Lee, Texas. and supplying LCRA with 345KV transmission voltage, completed construction and commissioning with approval of LCRA H.V. Transmission Group out of Dallas, Tx..

Start-UP – February 2008 and presently generating test power to the grid. This is a merchant facility and will be controlled by SCADA from Boston, Mass.

GRANT TOWN FACILITY Nov. 1991 to Aug. 2008

Operation Supervisor

Responsible for Startup and training for the Operation Department personnel at Grant Town - a state of the art fluidized bed boiler with a total of 28 operators including 5 Shift Supervisors.

Responsible for the Instrumentation and Electrical Department during construction, startup, and operations of the facility with 7 personnel.

During two separate occasions performed as the acting Plant Manager for two months in 1993.
