I reviewed production order forms to decide which products will require graphics. I managed the storage of graphics using Google Drive. If I could not locate the data I was looking for, I searched Google and other websites and loaded the graphics and information for the client. I inserted inventory of powersports vehicles or RVs to the computer for the online client’s customers to look and/or buy. I gave approved banners to the ad ops department for trafficking. Managed the co-op information in Salesforce. I made screen grabs of existing campaigns for co-op claim submission. I answered multiple phone lines with nurses calling the office to Inform me of the hours and tasks they performed at their patients’ residents. The nurses called me with questions and problems they had. I recorded the nurses’ hours worked on a computer spreadsheet. Every day I would add up the hours for each nurse and perform payroll for that ending week. I made copies, scanned documents to be sent to the nurses and filed the company documents.
