Employment: Currently working with Coldwell Banker Home Source at their Phelan, Ca. location since my previous employer’s retirement, one day per week at its office or called in by request but have moved back to San Dimas, Ca. permanently.

2. Devlin Realty, Wrightwood, Ca. (Retired) 2008-2021- Real Estate Salesperson and its office handyman, completing varieties of projects.

3. International Forest Products, Chino, Ca. (Retired) 1990-2003, Nation Sales Representative developing new clients. Independent Lumber Sales thereafter ending in 2008.

4. Capital Lumber Company, Orange & Chino, Ca. (Retired.)1978-1990. Operations Manager. Supervised plant of approximately 40 employees and moving to the sales position above for advancement.

5. Worked as a carpenter’s apprentice for Kent Construction, Glendora, Ca. during my High School and College Years.
