Global Engineering Manager – Telecommunications Division
Led a global engineering team with personnel in India and Milpitas, CA.
Liased with product development and product management teams in multiple global locations.
Directly responsible for communication and requirement gathering for all telecommunications customers such as DirecTV, Verizon, CenturyLink, Cox Communications, etc..
Product Manager
Responsible for the February 2011 launch of product upgrades. The major milestones of this launch were the release of Trimble’s SaaS scheduling engine and the first release of enterprise service bus architecture for future integrations.
Liased with product management and development management teams in multiple global locations.
In this role, I oversaw all activities related to this launch. This was part of a 9-month launch cycle.
Global Director of Technical Services
Responsible for all technical aspects of deploying products offered by the company on a SaaS platform. As of Jan. 2006 I assumed this responsibility for all European & Asia Pacific customers for both the GPS and scheduling products supporting a combined subscriber base of over 200,000.
Manage 3 technical services teams in the US, the UK and India responsible for installation & upgrades including infrastructure, customizations, business simulations and performance testing.
Manage the global sales engineering team.

Responsible for custom development for USA customers.
When @Road acquired a scheduling/dispatch application in Feb. 05 from a UK-based company I was put in charge of technical services for US based customers for this product. This product added an additional 40,000 licensed subscribers to the @Road product base.
Manager – Advanced Customer Solutions Group
Responsible for development of product features for all strategic customers including Verizon, Qwest, SBC, Waste Management, etc… During this phase the company’s subscriber base grew from 30,000 to approximately 80,000.
Managed a development team of Java programmers that created integration products for GPS-based application.
Senior DBA
I was originally hired to be part of a team to upgrade our Microsoft Access-based ERP system to Oracle Applications.
After that I was put in charge of converting the company’s SQL Server database to Oracle Enterprise Edition as subscribers climbed from 12,000 to over 20,000. Upon completion, I became the senior DBA for approximately 1.5 years.
