I have experience in Identity Access Management including role based access controls. At Bank of America the focus was role based access controls and risk mitigation. ● Built complex workflows to seamlessly accommodate identity life cycle management of user profiles, accounts, and resources based on created logic in data mappers to process each record to evaluate user attribute value which are then sent to policy engine to provision access.

● Created a scheduled process that identified & exported 500k records from Oracle tables, sent those records through a series of lookups, write backs, and if checks in a data mapper to correct end user access and grant the proper resources to end users. This stopped recurring zendesk tickets, and the process runs to this day on a schedule.

● Built a notification process to run as a success task after users are added to Active Directory, but before they claim their accounts.

● Configured New connected system host names, smtp connectors, and OKTA comparable product features. Fischer Identity is similar to Okta, Sailpoint, Etc.

● Managed compliance reporting for customers including creating new views to allow the created report that uses said view to run correctly on the customer end for Recertifications, chain of trust, etc.

● Created resource approval rules that run on the backend when an end user requests access that requires approval. The rule would be configured based on customer specifications. Either serial or parallel in a hierarchy.

● Utilize audit tables to retrieve necessary information for root cause research

● Used SQL queries to pick up users from various schema/ tables to be deprovisioned on time.

● Create security conditions, rules, and then policies for security policies handling who gets access to be a help desk user, admin etc.

● Created out of the box Automated repeatable solutions while working with implementation as well as gathering customer requirements.
