Project Management:

1.Managing complete project planning, execution and management in tune with the core business objectives (including risk management, effort/ time/ cost estimation, and contingency planning).

Facilities Management:

1.Develop budgets & annual plans to manage facilities as per organizational needs & parameters.

2.Ensure effective maintenance of Electricity, Central AC /Package Plants, Power back up supply support for network (UPS, DG Sets) etc.

3. Negotiate with & finalize Service Agreements with reliable contractors for execution of servicing works as per budgeted parameters.

4.Taking proactive steps to ensuring ZERO down time to minimize lose to organization.

5.Spearheading day to day management and maintenance of building services (Water Management, Civil, Plumbing, Fire Hydrant System, STP Plant and Water Management); ; coordinating with external agencies for negotiating, contracts and executing AMCs for Infrastructure

Techno Commercial Operations:

1.Managing complete purchase of Maintenance Consumables; developing & implementing procurement strategies including sourcing strategy, supplier selection and evaluation, quality management,

2.Ensuring proper operations and maintenance of HV/LV Switchgears, Centralized HVAC System, UPS, Diesel Generators & Motors, HT & LT Panels, Substations, Elevators, DG Earthling Systems, Internal & External Lightings, Power Circuits, Emergency Circuits and Utility Equipment.

3.Performing predictive / breakdown / preventive maintenance for reducing machinery downtime to minimum. Studying the down time of machines due to major breakdown & finding out the alternative solution to reduce it.

4.Identifying areas of obstruction and taking steps to rectify it; conducting technical audits; reviewing existing processes and re-designing the same to enhance operational efficacy.

Maintenance Operations:

1.Preparing maintenance schedules and conducting regular tests to ensure the performance capacity of various process control Equipment’s.

2.Proactively identify areas of obstruction / breakdowns through breakdown trend analysis and taking steps to rectify the Equipment’s through application of trouble shooting tools. Increase the life of equipment by adopting Daily equipment maintenance schedule.

3.Scheduling and planning predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs with key focus on spares availability and root cause analysis. IMS development for maintenance service and repair.

4.Preparing maintenance plans/schedules for reducing machinery downtime to minimum for ensuring smooth production.

5.Undertaking Failure Analysis / Breakdown Analysis of Machinery, Equipment’s and Utilities. Maintenance budgeting.

6.Working towards achieving reduction in breakdown frequency by monitoring condition of Equipment or elements. Training Maintenance Workmen, Engineers for Restoration Procedures and Parameters setting for Essential functions.

7.Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modification to achieve substantial reduction in operational work within the budget. Working towards reduction in costs through local development of goods & products. Replacement of Equipment’s for speedy operation/combined operation.

Installation & Commissioning:

1.Overseeing installation & commissioning as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities; Implementation of TPM, TQM activities.

2.Managing overall activities pertaining to installation and commissioning; developing installing, commissioning & maintenance of equipment & machines.
