New Tampa Imaging Center (2004) Budget $1.2M

Supervised and orchestrated the total remodel and a ground-up addition of the image centers’ upgraded wing completing the job on time and under budget. Upgrades included a new site plan with al new utility improvements, the installation of a closed MRI, fluoroscopes, and two X-ray rooms. The addition also included multiple office spaces, record rooms, dark room, and a reception area. The building also went through a complete ADA compliance upgrade. Applebee’s Restaurants (2005 to 2007) Budget $2.7M Supervision of demolition and image upgrade of 26 Applebee’s Restaurants that included the installation of furniture fixtures, carpet, tile, drop ceilings, wall paper, décor packages, bar upgrades, painting, wood refinishing, black iron- work installation, electrical upgrades. Upgrades were completed ahead of schedule and completed in 10 days rather than the 14 day deadline. Adhering to budget guidelines of $100K per location while conferring with shipping contractors, laborers, and inspectors, facility directors and store locations. Second phase of upgrades included the installation of HDTV Direct TV packages up to 25 HDTVs, receivers and dish alignment per location. Installation was improved to a single day installation instead of the proposed 3 day deadline and performed within budget guidelines. Over a 3 year period performed preventive maintenance and repairs for 26 Applebee’s clocking over 60,000 miles per year without incident or accidents.
