Responsible for all of treasury, finance and accounting functions with a staff of 39 direct and indirect reports.

Streamlined the finance and accounting organization and reduced direct and indirect reports to 26.

Set up internal controls and SOX compliance processes.

Met all bank covenant requirements.

Reduced the month end close from 25 days to 7 days.

Versar ($100M PE owned) a global project management company, providing technical and management support to federal, state, and local government clients as well as to industries worldwide, delivering construction management, environmental sciences and engineering infrastructure solutions.

Successfully took the Company private and sold the shares of the Company to Kingswood Capital Management.

Responsible for all financial operations and investor relations.

Reorganized the finance and accounting organization resulting in ~$1.3M in cost savings.
