Financial Operations: From 1995 – 1999, managed a $5 million credit line with Compass Bank in Houston and successfully made payments in a timely manner. Also, ensured a third-party engineering firm provided detailed, quarterly production and financial reports to the bank.
Current Status: This venture currently has interests in 20+ producing wells in Oklahoma and Texas.

Management: Founded and managed a company that purchased and operated 57 oil wells in the Wilmington Field in Los Angeles County, California. Sold these producing wells in 1998. In 1995, purchased and operated 11 oil wells in Alameda County, California. Sold these wells in 2005. Successfully complied with designated regulations of state and local governmental agencies. Opened company originally in Houston and moved to Weatherford in 2000.
Financial Operations: Managed the processing of monthly and quarterly checks to 2,500 royalty owners. Ensured database of royalty owners was maintained and updated continuously to ensure timely and accurate delivery of checks to recipients.
Training/Staff Development: Hired and managed 10 employees, including an Engineer, Geologist, CPA, Lease Analyst, three Pumpers, and two Administrative Assistants.
LIFE ROYALTIES, INC., Fort Worth, Texas 4/89 – 1/93

Operations Management: Planned and managed daily operations for a company that purchased royalty interests in primarily large west Texas waterflood oil units operated by major oil companies.
