Worked as Acting Chief Engineer for 2 – Years, (1998 – 1999) during the absence of the Chief Engineer.

Maintenance, installation and modifications etc. of different type Hotel related equipments.

Supervising of 100 plus technical staff members, delegating their duties and responsibilities.

Associate to modify the water supply system of Bath Rooms in Marriott Hotel Islamabad by installing a new Water Pumping Set.

Designing, fabrication and installation of Single Orifice System to overcome the water fluctuation in guest bath rooms of Marriott Hotel to save about 50% in water consumption and a net savings of Rs. 3.2 Million.

Modifications in the broken down laundry machine of Marriott Hotel Islamabad.

Replacement of main electrical control panel for a German Dry Cleaning machine in Marriott Hotel Islamabad.

Modification of the Ice Cube machine to achieve a 100% performance in Marriott Hotel Islamabad.

Modification of Steam Bath System to save the energy consumption up 30% in Marriott Hotel Islamabad.

Associated in the designing and supervised the execution of new 620 Ref. Tons capacity HVAC Plant in Marriott Hotel Islamabad. The entire job was commissioned successfully within scheduled time and budget.

Designing, installation, commissioning and balancing of complete HVAC system installed at Areej Plaza building Markaz F – 7 Islamabad.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Preparing estimate of HVAC load calculation, commissioning and balancing of new Dutch Embassy Islamabad.

Modification in the mechanical system of some imported units for working at a high ambient temperature.

Supervising of the execution for more than 30 HVAC projects of different capacity including designing and commissioning.
