ACOMPLISHMENTS

As a Facility Supervisor at BBraun, I identified the opportunity to save the company money by renegotiating contracts with specialty cleaning companies, pest control, landscaping, etc. which resulted in over Half a Million Dollars in savings for my organization.

During the Pandemic, an issue arose in which our cleaning services reached the end of their contract and did not want to renew it with the new stipulations. I suggested that we use a temp agency for manpower which would result in approximately $400,000 annually. This idea was approved, and I coordinated the implementation.

Per FDA request, I initiated the creation of a new pest control SOP specific for the transfer of the warehouse distribution center from the Irvine location to corporate. This SOP was then implemented and utilized by the new warehouse distribution location.

As a Building Services and Security Supervisor for Teva, I conducted GAP assessment in the area of Waste Management which resulted in the switch vendors and requesting the installation of a self-containment unit. This resulted in savings of approximately $207,000 per year.

In addition, after the review of the janitorial services contract I was able to renegotiate Teva’s current contract for a savings of $60,000 per year.
