● Managed the User Experience team to design and develop Glance’s line of products.
● Developed and designed low/high fidelity wireframes and prototypes to determine the user’s journey and intent and use cases to determine functionality – for new and current products.
● Develop the company’s Design System to standardize design decisions such as theme, color, sizing, and other variables for building a consistent user experience cross-product.
● Determine a pipeline from the UI component library built in Figma incorporating a Design Token System to frontend developers who code web components for engineers to quicken the build and release cycle.
