In the past 90 days, I have sent 462 InMail's alone and kept a 35% rating over the 90 days. I have different templates and come up with ways of attracting candidates through the network. In hopes of being able to really sit down with people and give them ways of getting their numbers up and attracting solid engineers for their roles.
I gladly accepted the position of leading the Atlanta office's TS department monthly meetings. I made it a priority of mine to be available for those who require assistance. On the first Friday of every month, we hold a meeting to discuss the team's shortcomings. The effect of these meetings has been able to help give courage to some of the people in the group, that have never given meetings before and allowed other to thrive on knowledge on certain problems to improve. I wanted to inspire confidence in entry-level TS recruiters to allow them to get a head start on their decided subject matter, thereby bolstering the team. I integrated the Charlotte office's TS department into them due to the two teams' already frequent collaboration in Full desk.
From March to May of 2023, I have accumulated $118,245 in total GP with 4 deals total.
