Responsibilities:

Receive, review, and process incoming invoices from vendors and suppliers. This includes verifying the accuracy of invoices, ensuring proper coding, obtaining necessary approvals, and entering the invoices into the accounting system Microsoft Dynamics D365. Also managing prepayments to be processed on an urgent basis.
