Position: Branch Operations Administrator (Administrative Assistant) May, 2022-June, 2023

Administrative back office support to 2 branches, working in a processing centre, receiving all sort of administrative requests to be processed in the bank’s systems within a timeframe, in a first come first served basis, having a broader understanding of policies and procedures before processing the requests, using Best Practices guidelines.
