Giorgio Foods, Inc is a vertically integrated processor, packager, and distributor of mushroom products for the retail, food service, and industrial markets.

Management of the processing and packaging operations encompassing total supply chain, receiving, processing, and packaging that includes cans, jars, flex packaging, and ready-to-eat.

High speed packaging lines and retort packaging technology.

Responsible for all CAPEX from inception to completion (multimillion-dollar projects).

Full P/L responsibility for $80 million-dollar operating budget.

Led financial turnaround from a negative $13 million-dollar EBITDA in October 2019 to positive $6.7 million-dollar EBITDA contribution within twenty-four months.

Smithfield Foods-Specialty Foods Group I Williamsburg, Virginia

Led the manufacturing, packaging, and distribution operations for Smithfield Foods-Specialty Foods Group, an FDA/USDA regulated environment, SQF Level II facility. Products included frozen meat products, peanut and snack mixes, ready-to-eat meals, confection, and specialty catalog products.

Responsible for $12 million-dollar operating budget with full P&L accountability.
