Controller, Payroll Center of Excellence, Atlanta, GA 2021-2022

Led and trained 14-person team responsible for resolving escalated payroll concerns involving wages, taxes, and expenses. Internal customers included ~375K hourly employees and ~20K management employees.

Created formalized training integrating Workday, Integral payroll and organizational time capture systems to reduce or eliminate systemic data errors thus reducing incorrect employee pay resolving up to ~750 daily peak exceptions.

Established Market Rate Adjustment controls saving over $1M annually in payroll overpayments.
