Managed all aspects of the UAT Testing by collaborating with PECO & BG&E departments to ensure all parties were satisfied and any issues that came up were documented and prioritized accordingly with all project stakeholders aware.

Led the UAT testing for the Gas Inspection Tool’s Dashboard functionality as well that involved managers from both departments. This Portal Web application allows Group Administrators the ability to manage their entire companies HR process. Managed the integration of a third party application to integrate with IBC’s mission critical applications. This involved working with a team of 9 testers (including Offshore Resources) and an external vendor to ensure a smooth transition onto this new platform.

Perform verification checks of all transactions entered each day on IBC’s backend systems in QA to ensure the transactions process successfully to a variety of backend systems.

Perform manual testing/Functional testing / UAT testing & Regression testing as each new build enters the QA environment to ensure a stable web application enters the production environment.

Senior Quality Assurance Lead responsible for all aspects of the QA Process for the companies New Loan Origination System for Commercial Lending called “DealCentral” developed on the .NET platform.

Participated in design meetings to review/approve all aspects of our DealCentral Application.

Helped design certain modules within the system that included our Loan Origination module, to Underwriting modules, to Securitization module & Document management modules along with several others to create a Loan Origination system that allowed Brokers from Merrill Lynch, Charles Schwabb & Morgan Stanley to manage all aspects of their Loan from start to finish on one platform.

Created and maintained the company’s Defect process workflow using Rational Clearquest, designed and implemented the Clearquest schemas into our Production environments.

Created “How To” guides for users to use when learning the Rational tool as well as creating Visio designs to depict the current schema design.

Implemented a “Unit Test” state for our development team, as there was no previous unit testing in place for our developers. This significantly cut down the number of defects that the QA Team would find when builds entered the QA environments.

Managed the company’s initiative to analyze and review several automation vendors with the expectation of selecting a vendor that could ultimately prove to us they could successfully record and playback using our pre-developed Test Scenarios.
