The primary purpose of this position is to provide human resources services for customers, including, but not limited to, making decisions relating to the hiring, placement, discipline, and termination of temporary employees.

Interact with customers to evaluate and assess the customers’ staffing needs.

I was selected from a pool of participant instructors from all over the world to be in the first version of a video learning experience with 9 other instructors. The criteria for selection was on screen charisma (instructors were asked to create a video of themselves) and good energy to communicate and present a language item. The original footage was not used for the proof of concept as the first version of the product has evolved several times since the start of the project.
