Summary of Responsibilities:

Screening of projects and project sites before work commences to identify safety-related risks and potential issues to be addressed before work starts.

Liaise with customers and external parties to monitor safety risks and performance.

Work closely with project management teams and field workers to implement and devise solutions to safety-related issues on project worksites.

Review designs for disposal systems. evacuation plans, lighting, and ventilation to ensure safe operations and health of site guests and workforce.

Work with senior management to create and improve safety policy and procedures.

Maintain safety related paperwork, including OSHA logs and safety certifications.

Train Company employees on safe work practices and emergency procedures including Lead and promote the Loss Prevention Systems ("LPS™").

Assist in Project and Operations Management as may be needed from time to time.

Summary of Responsibilities: Set up vendors for (ASAP Administered) drug screening, site specific training and coordinate these efforts for our new hires to be granted access on-site. Establish a Site-Specific Emergency Action Plan,SHEAP and have approved. Provide Company Training to new hires and transfers. Maintain training database, BBS program database, and ensure project is being performed in a Safe manner. Delegate responsibilities to the Field Safety Manager and a team of Safety techs (16) and HSE Instructor to ensure Compliance is met. Serve as a leader and the face of the Safety Department, perform Safety Meetings and work with management to create a Pro-active Safety culture and assure compliance is met. Maintain the Network Database to record all related Safety Information. Perform Weekly Managements walks and involve other levels of Management. Audits daily, Perform Observations for our BBS program and ensure Supervision are contributing as required per policy. Perform Incident investigation including Tap Root Cause Analysis to establish best practices and policies to lead required changes to avoid re-occurrences. Share lessons learned with companywide to influence improvement throughout the organization.
