Summary of Responsibilities: Set up vendors for (ASAP Administered) drug screening, site specific training and coordinate these efforts for our new hires to be granted access on-site. Establish a Site-Specific Emergency Action Plan,SHEAP and have approved. Provide Company Training to new hires and transfers. Maintain training database, BBS program database, and ensure project is being performed in a Safe manner. Delegate responsibilities to the Field Safety Manager and a team of Safety techs (16) and HSE Instructor to ensure Compliance is met. Serve as a leader and the face of the Safety Department, perform Safety Meetings and work with management to create a Pro-active Safety culture and assure compliance is met. Maintain the Network Database to record all related Safety Information. Perform Weekly Managements walks and involve other levels of Management.
