Project Name: World Defense Show 2022 (Short Time Project) Main tasks and responsibilities included (but not limited to):

• Revise Systems Material Submittals for approval according to contract specifications.

• Revise Systems Shop Drawings Submittals for approval according to contract initial drawings and required approved changes (if existing).

• Receive Material Inspection Requests and check arrived materials with their specifications and quantities

• Receive Work Inspection Requests and check works done in sites according to approved drawings and materials submitted earlier.

• Attend Weekly Client and Contractor meetings to follow up works progress according baseline/running work plans.

• Follow up Change Orders Material and Shop Drawings submittals and Implementation, and revise Payment Certificates, for LC Works according to BOQ, VOs, approved shop drawings and Materials.

• Consult and follow up Transmission Group in STC (GSM 2G, 3G, 3.5G, 4G) section to insure on-date delivery for transmission facility for each individual site in growing up network (Al-Jawwal).

• Using program management tools and internal STC facilities, I was following up the process from planning, design, integration, PAT to site on air in timely controlled objective for each new or upgrading existing site.

• Train and lead a team of engineers and technicians to control this process, in addition to coordinate with different vendors (like Ericsson, Nokia, Lucent, Huawei … etc.), designers, and service providers to solve bottleneck and blocking issues to ensure steady work flow, and explain/help field engineer/technician(s) if problem(s) found.

• MSC/RNC, BSC, BTS/Node-B, DMW, IPRAN, MSAN, Repeater, Fiber Optics, upgrade to HSDPA 7.2, 14.4, 28.8, 42 Mbps & LTE), Civil and Network Implementations are all part of my follow-up/Revision for daily works and weekly meetings.
