Maintenance Technician I – Line Creek Apartments

• Effective Date:

TBD is based upon successful return of pre-employment screening and proper notice to current employer if necessary.

Non-Exempt / Full -Time /At Will

• Compensation:

• Annual Bonus Pay:

$23.00 per hour paid on a bi-weekly basis.

You may earn an additional annual bonus of 6% of your salary based on the attached KPIs.

• Benefits:

You will be eligible to participate in MHM’s medical, dental and vision insurance programs on a premium-share basis starting the first of the month immediately following your first start date of employment. For example, with a start date of February 10, 2023, you will be eligible for insurance benefits on March 1, 2023 (OR) with a start date of March 1, 2023, you will be immediately eligible to start benefits.

MHM’s benefit program also includes flexible spending account (FSA), Health Savings Account

(HSA), company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance of $15,000 as well as the following voluntary products: supplemental life insurance and AD&D, Short Term Disability Insurance, and Long- Term Disability Insurance if you so choose. Employees are responsible for 100% of the premiums for the voluntary products.

• 401(k):

Eligible the first of the month after 60 days of employment.

• Personal Time Off (PTO): Accrual Level 1 - Refer to handbook for PTO policy specifics.

• Less than 2 years completed = 4.31 hours per pay period: 14 days

• Greater than 2 less than 5 years completed = 6.15 hours per pay period: 20 days

• Greater than 5 but less than 10 years completed = 8 hours per pay period: 26 days

• Greater than 10 years completed = 9.84 hours per pay period: 32 days In this position, you may have access to confidential and proprietary company information, including but not limited to financial data, short-term and long-term plans, manuals, systems, clients, partners, investors, and sources of financial support.
