Driver and field supervisor.

Duties consisted of training new drivers, inspect new leases and make sure locations were safe for drivers visit unload facilities and register new drivers for proper paperwork and orientation and make sure drivers were up to date with their PPE. Also, conducted safety inspections to drivers on field and made sure all drivers had proper equipment to perform work safely and in a satisfactory manner.

Senior Field / Dispatch Supervisor

Duties included to oversee a team of 3 dispatchers and 1 field supervisor. Primary work with dispatch was to analyzed data and service reports to create efficient dispatch plans and coordinate load movement from a central hub with 300 loads plus a day covering south Texas and west Texas. Lead supervisor to oversee planning and dispatching appropriately, ensuring service, safety and goals were achieved.

Not limited to the office, I also supervised Trafigura business in south Texas and Karnes County area. Supervised our carriers, inspected truck and trailer and made sure carriers had all proper tools to perform the job. Talked to drivers load movement and had safety meetings with them and inspected they were all up to date on their permits and wearing all proper PPE.

Also, my job consisted to review new leases acquired by Trafigura and set up the logistics for the proper movement of product to its destiny. I also strapped production tanks and labeled with lease number for proper identification and record coordinates to save to database.

In addition, I also witnessed meter proving, did EOM closing inventory and performed BS&W shakeouts as required.

It was very important for Trafigura to maintain a relation with lease operators and pumpers and property owners. I frequently met with them and discussed how our carriers were doing their jobs and if any issues we discussed them to correct as soon as possible.

Driver Supervisor

Duties consisted, but not limited to oversee company drivers. Did truck/trailer inspections, spot checks of products at loading and unloading facilities, made sure drivers were all up to code with their safety permits and PPE. Also, picked up and review paperwork and check that all info was entered properly and shipped to admin office for proper entering of information into the system. Also, managed and coordinated the maintenance on company trucks and ensured all PMs were done in a timely manner.

Also, coordinated logistics on all new leases acquired by EPCO. Visited sites and gathered all pertinent information for the safe transportation and handling of the product. Met, with lease operators and talked with them and made sure all rules were followed by drivers while on their property.
