Worked on SDLC, AGILE methodologies for continuous productivity and development performing Data Quality checks, Auditing, for every project to maintain them with-in Compliance. Maintaining project status with the help of Microsoft project office tools, throughout the process from project initiation-maintenance-Project termination. As a part of daily auditing(SQA), we escalate some non-compliances found to the project manager and Business analyst we document all the Non-compliance and send them for responses in order to maintain project efficiency.

(IBM) 10 Months:

Working as IBM project manager and Lead Project manager for IBM AT&T projects, From the Request phase till handover of the project I play a key role in maintaining project Funding Estimations, Issue tracking, Dependency management, Risk analysis, Development/testing, maintenance, Hosting meeting such as scrum, stand up status calls to gather status of the project which helps in estimating project timeline working closely with Program managers, Developers, scrum master etc., For data analysis I use various MS office tools like MS Excel, word, Power point, outlook, project office tools, JIRA, Virtual machines.
