Project Details: 1: -Cable work, Cable Laying, Joint & Termination & Civil Work.

:2: - Design & Construction of Views 132/11kv Substations.

:3: -Roads & Infra works at Shakhbout City Ph-2.

Responsibilities:

Regular monitoring and analyzing different kind of tools and materials.

Prepare purchase requisition & issuance form.

To coordinate access control with security.

Responsible in receiving and checking of company materials deliveries both qualities and quantities as per purchase order description and specification required.

File maintenance of all outgoing and incoming materials.

Provide Weekly Procurement Stock Report to management.

Material inventory and monitor stock availability.

Material Receiving and GRN posting to Oracle for payment.

Responsible for daily weekly & monthly stock report to Department manager, Construction manager and Project Manager.

Monitoring and responsible outgoing and incoming Rebar Steel and all bulky material and equipment.

Assist PM/CM and other Site Management Staff in our daily duties by given them accurate information on stock and “in/out” material.

Check all materials when arrived on Site in coordination with the QA/QC section and immediately implement these new items in the Stock list.

Prepare the check-out voucher following the request for materials which have been approved by the PM or CM.

Inform in an immediate basis the CM/PM when material requested is no more available

Protect all delivered goods on Site in order to avoid any damage.

Ensure the Security of the store and other materials which are not able to be stored there.
