DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QA MANAGER

Develop and implement the quality plan and discipline wise ITP’s as per the international standards, SAEP SAES.

Review, coordinate and submit the contractors deliverables as detailed in Schedule Q. such as PQP, Audit schedule & reports, Non-conformance summary, Management review meeting & results, MQMR, Evidence of manufacturer prequalification, Inspection/Fabrication status reports, IAP, PIM, TWLA, IR, IDR, SPP and personnel qualification procedures, Construction inspection & test plan, Hydrostatic Tests Packages.

Review and update contractor monthly dashboard for client information. Conduct weekly meeting with the construction and quality personnel to discuss and resolve the site issues.

Develops and maintains Quality Policy, Processes, Procedures and related documents. Reviews Quality Manuals, documents, and implementation procedures to verify compliance with industry codes and standards, regulations and regulatory commitments.

Conduct interview for the quality personnel to ensure the compliance of Schedule Q requirements before submitting the CVs to the client approval.

Plans and executes required audit activities (schedules, plans, reports, finding resolutions, etc.).

Performs and adequately documents Internal Quality Audits of assigned office, projects and jobsites, and manages all related follow-up activities. Audits conducted to assure compliance with standards, contract requirements, and applicable codes, specifications and drawings, including but not limited to: Design, Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, Project Controls, Vendor/Subcontractor

Facilitates all internal and external Quality audits and briefs management with the results.

Effectively documents, follows-up and closes corrective actions - both internal and external. Analyzes findings/ issues/ non-conformances identified during audits to determine program quality and identify performance trends. Analysis includes all available oversight results, both internal and external, and trending data.

Reviews from a quality perspective (and approves if required) documents prepared by internal or external organizations such as quality manuals and procedures, technical deliverables, test plans and procedures, purchase orders, and subcontracts.

Collaborates with management for interface on Quality activities with internal or external organizations.

QC MANAGER

Responsible to initiate Project QA/QC Organization Chart and to maintain update with correspond to project site requirements.

Review and arrangement for submission of QCI personnel CV’s to contractor/clients interview and approval.

Conducting Internal Pre-inspection meeting to involved personnel in different discipline to discuss Inspection Procedures ITP’s and other issues as per Contractor and Client Inspection requirements.

Participate in conducting internal quality audit as per company Project Quality Management System and external quality audit from contractor and client project requirements.

Conducting internal weekly meeting with QCI’s and Construction Staff personnel for feedbacks, complaints and solutions.

Conducting weekly Tool Box meeting at project site to make awareness of Welding Control, such as the availability of applicable approved WPS. WPQT range & validity, Welding Electrodes storage preservation and controlling among assign welding foreman and welders.

Conducting weekly site Walkthrough Inspection together with contractor and client to oversee the violations regarding on quality issues and take steps to address the issue.

Maintaining and monitoring all issued Non-Conformance (NCR-Log) including internal and external audit findings and taking necessary steps in closing any open Non-Conformance on desired time and reported to the concerned.

Investigate and analyze the root causes of violation and take preventive measures in the same that it will not repeat in future.

Maintaining and monitoring of all involve equipment’s used in welding control and others that properly identified and calibrated as per procedure.

To monitor and look out welding repair rate percentage in weekly/monthly basis and take necessary steps in controlling high weld repair rate.

Attending daily/weekly quality meetings with clients.

Preparation and submission of Weekly/Monthly QC Reports to QA/QC Head Office and Client.

Monitoring and maintaining track record of completed pressure testing of test package of project.

All quality documents and final reinstated test packages to be hand over for final certification. QC SUPERVISOR (MECHANICAL/WELDING)

Updating of Weekly report, Quality documents, Calibration of Inspection, Measuring and Test equipment’s, Welder’s certification updating Conduction of Tool box meeting, Preparation of Hydrostatic Test packages.

Organizing Quality plans. Fellow up construction Phase Quality control activities, Pre- Commissioning Phase Activities. Material Identification and Traceability. Fellow up control of Non-Conformance, disposition of Non- Conformance materials..

Supervise and review the collected Quality Records for proper tracking and compilation.

Maintenance of Construction Inspection and Test records and fellow up Punch Listing items Conducting internal weekly meeting with QCI’s and Construction Staff personnel for feedbacks, complaints and solutions.

Coordination and selection of NDT and interpretation personnel’s familiar with Radiographic examination, film interpretation technician.

To provide technical guidance for preparation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) for the project specific requirements

Conducting weekly Tool Box meeting at project site to make awareness of Welding Control, such as the availability of applicable approved WPS. WPQT range & validity, Welding Electrodes storage preservation and controlling among assign welding foreman and welders. QC INSPECTOR(MECHANICAL/WELDING)

Interpretation of the intent and ensuring the requirements of the codes, standards and specifications are met.

Ensuring that the procedures are available, approved and employed during welding activities.

Verifying the availability of welders JCC cards are valued and applicable as per the WPS requirements.

Verification of welding electrodes/consumables as per WPS.

Verification of dimensional, fit-up and weld preparations are in accordance with the specifications and IFC drawing.

Monitoring of pre-heat, inter-pass temperatures control and post weld heat treatment requirements

Final inspection of the completed weldment against the specification and drawings.

Preparation of inspection reports i.e. SAIC’s for the client signature.

Maintenance of records for package preparation.

Witness and inspection of fabrication and site activities to ensure that the project specification are built to the requirements.
