03. NSEIT Ltd., - Mumbai (10 Years and 01 Month)

Joined as Test Administrator on 10.02.2010 and conducted online exams at Coimbatore Branch for our clients IRDA, NCFM, NISM and ITB. Then promoted as Asst. Centre Administrator, Centre Administrator for handling complete operations including Cost Control, Manpower allotment & processing team members travel and general claims at NSEIT’s own 11 centres across Tamilnadu and Pondichery. Then promoted as Sr. Executive and handled Project delivery based on client’s requirement, Booking and negotiating with colleges for using their computer labs / manpower etc.., Project Cost Control, Manpower recruitment / allotment and Planning in End to End delivery of online exams viz.. IIBF, BCBF / DRA (Banking exams), Pondicherry University Entrance exams, Teachers Recruitment Board, TNUSRB across Tamilnadu & Pondicherry. Relieved on 16.03.2020.

a. Operations :

Managed NSEIT’s 11 own exam centres across Tamilnadu and Pondicherry including manpower allotment, leave approvals of team members and processing branch bills and the claims of team members.

b. Cost Control :

Booked colleges across Tamilnadu and Pondicherry at a cost less than the allotted budget fixed by the Head Office of NSEIT Ltd. Reduced infra-structure maintenance cost NSEIT’s own exam centres by identifying new vendors such as Internet Service Providers, AMC of computers and ACs. Made team members to understand the importance of minimizing the cost in travelling expenses and reduced the unwanted travelling expenses by identifying hotels at different cities across Tamilnadu and Pondicherry which provided good service at a lesser cost. Executed all the online exam projects within the allotted budget at NSEIT ltd., and executed all my assigned tasks focusing “No additional Reserve Funds”. c. Training :

Trained team members at NSEIT Ltd., before starting every new online examination project and made them to understand the clients mandatory requirements in conducting their exams. d. Manpower Recruitment :

For large volume of online exams projects at NSEIT Ltd., hired candidates (team members) who are suitable for our projects via private manpower agencies such as Core Integra, IPSL, E-Centric etc… with less service charge than the approved budget. e. Management Information System :

Negotiated with colleges for using their computer labs for our online exams, informed to Management via mail, took approval and formally booked the colleges. Also, escalated the grievances of staff members to Management and got them resolved. f. Additional Responsibilities Held :

(i) Acted as NSEIT’s representative at the client office (TNUSRB) during June 2018 while TNUSRB entered into online mode of their recruitment exams.

(ii) Acted as Chief Superintendent for Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission and lead the whole team for smooth delivery of the exams. 04. Nehru Arts and Science College – Coimbatore (04 Years and 06 Months) Joined as Lecturer in Mathematics on 06.06.2005 and relieved on 30.12.2009 with an experience of 04 years and 06 months. During this tenture, served as lecturer, Head of the Department (Incharge) and heldup the additional responsibilities as Exam Co-ordinator

(scheduling & executing internal exams as per University norms / University correspondence in all regards and co-ordinated for executing University exams) and acted as Transport Incharge
