• As an FTZ/IN-BOND ICS, I am responsible for keeping 100% accurate counts among all FTZ, and IN- BOND inventory through-out Port city Logistics.
• This includes reporting all discrepancies/missing product to the FTZ/IN-BOND manager as soon the issue is found, via email with data evidence to support my findings!
• Inventory records must always be kept to keep track of merchandise within the FTZ/IN-Bond area. These records must specify by zone admission numbers or Batch Entry numbers. As well as locations, quantity of each LPN (Label product number), cases per pallet, and units per pallet.
• Location of merchandise must always be verified physically and systematically.
• Zone Admission/Batch Entry number status (Ex: putaway, picked, allocated, staged, loaded, shipped) must always be verified to match the WMS, Foxfire, prior to cycle counting the product.
• Communication is key; all cycle count activity is kept in a daily KPI’s, which also contains the inventory accuracy reported each day.
• Adjustments are made systematically, as needed only when approval is given via, the FTZ/IN-BOND manager.
• Daily use of excel spreadsheets and excel formulas are critical in supporting daily cycle count activity.

• As an ICS I am responsible for tracking daily changes within inventory.
• These duties include:
• Cycle counting 20% of inventory weekly per warehouse.
(Ex: Warehouse has 16,000 LPNs (Label Product Numbers), in total, I must CC 3,200 LPNs in a weeks’ time.)
