other schools in district 25 and 26 Queens. I covered music for grades K-12. Sep 2005- Dec 2005- Martin Van Buren H.S. (Q435) Queens, N.Y. Short- term/full time substitute (leave replacement) choral director and general music teacher. Other Experience: 1983-2005.
I was a money manager for over twenty years for several major firms including Merrill Lynch,
Oppenheimer & Co., Prudential Securities, as well as my own company Kensington Asset Management LLC. I supervised many employees and mentored dozens as well as servicing hundreds of clients.
Professional music experience: 1977-present I am presently teaching piano privately in Long
Island. I performed as a musician in various capacities including solo pianist, accompanist, conductor, and rehearsal pianist for many groups and venues. I worked/performed with Dick Hyman, Vince Donato, Lee Musiker, Enzio Lembo, Everybody’s People, Soundsof Joy, Steven
Scott Orchestras, Nassau Ballet Theatre, Musical Theatre Works, and many more. I have taught
piano since the age of fifteen.
Outside interests: I have run 13 marathons (26.2 miles) with a P.R. of 3:27. I am in preparation
for the 2016 NYC Marathon in November. I am an equestrian, avid scuba diver and studied Shotokan Karate under T.Miyazaki for over a dozen years.
