Provides high level customer service support for the assigned Branches through onboarding, ongoing support and termination of Equitable Agents and Branch employees.

Assist in onboarding specialists and employees, as well as, other hiring types, such as EXPs, TAs and Retail Brokers.

Function as an information resource and quality control related to Licensing and Registration compliance and firm’s policies and procedures.
