● Served as a pad boss in residue and live ammo yard with over 20 personnel. I lead dozens of units for successful issues and turn-ins.

● Collaborated with other pad bosses and units to subsidize all of Eastern Europe military ammunition operations.

● Planned, Led, Developed, and implemented policies and training. Coordinated with Senior staff and Civilian contractors to expand room inside the Ammunition Supply point to create a more safe working environment.
