Made sure that stocking, and rotation procedures are in place during the shift. Make sure that all staff is properly deployed, and no one is standing around or horseplaying. I was in charge of baking the bacon, cookies, and brewing fresh coffee and tea as needed. Every morning I inspected the quality of the baker the night before, took pictures and set up our Café, as well as Bread display. I would then slice all the bread for the store, and set up both sandwich and salad bar lines.

When lunch hits I would be on headset for the remainder of the day. During night closes, I broke down and cleaned all these lines, then double checked cleaning lists, daily deposits, and all office work were done by me, and then locked up the store.

Prepared all the dessert bases according to recipes, and monitoring the day dots on all items to ensure the best quality of the products. I would open, set up the store, count last night's drawer, record revenue, order inventory, restock all items when not busy, take customers orders, prepare and package the ice creams, take pictures and videos of the desserts for social media, post online about exclusive deals, and I also hired and trained all of the staff. As a manager i was expected to stay late every night and double check the closing cleaning, and I would also be opening the doors the next day.
