Sales & Marketing Duties and Responsibility:

Propose a sales budget for the financial year based on the market share, products and services that can be offered.

Achieve and exceed agreed sales budgets and margin targets year on year basis

Passion for consultative selling.

Business development – understanding of the GCC market requirements and market research for security products.

Bring new agencies/product portfolio in range of security products for achieving the given sales target.

Collect information about competitive prices of different products in the market and sell products within a price range at prices that are acceptable to customers, in order to achieve the gross profit targets.

Research, investigate and identify any potential new business opportunity in relation to existing and new product opportunity along with finding new sales accounts. Plan, organize and participate sales team meetings or conferences, presentations, and customer training to support business activity.

Reports on progress toward sales plans.

Develop a team of sales professionals to build and grow the business. Reports on a regular basis progress toward sales plans objectives. Procurement Duties and Responsibility:

Meet with the prospective suppliers.

Perform a comparative analysis of the quotations.

Negotiate over the procurement price and conditions of the agreements.

Track the shipment of the orders.

Test the quality of the ordered products.

Maintain the database and update it.

Develop procurement reports.

Carry out other responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibility:

Preparing all correspondence letters & agreement to contractors.

Maintaining All Documents in Soft Copy & Hard Copy.

Processing Quotation, Sales Orders, Sales Invoices and Delivery Note.

Send pending payment statement of account to client & follow up for payment with client.

Preparing all management report (Sales target reports, Budget reports etc) .

Preparing technical submittal with samples & submitting to client.
