- Fabrication and erection of pipelines as per Technical specifications and drawings.
- Fabrication and erection of Structures, Ducts, and Plants equipment’s.
- Repairing and re-conditioning of plant equipment’s related to Electric Arc Furnaces, Rolling Mill, Continuous Casting and Direct Reduction Plants.
- Executing major jobs in major shutdowns, Scheduled repairs and Break downs {Electric Arc Furnaces, Rolling Mill, Continuous Casting and Direct Reduction}.
- Spare parts and steel materials inventory & arrangements for shutdown jobs.
- Conducting daily safety TBT (Tool Box Talk) and preparing manual as well as electronic Permit to Work, Safety Lock Out and Tag out for moving machinery.
- Repair roller assemblies, overhaul gear boxes and reduction unit, change bearing, repairing valves and actuators on Conveyor belts.
- Maintenance of Hydraulic unit such as withdrawal pusher and stream centre.
- Replacement of Run Out Table Stand chain and electric motors and pumps.
- Replacing the pulleys of cranes, Welding {SMAW} of different materials {plates and pipes} such as Carbon Steel, mild steel, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Inconel and Alloy steels.
- TIG welding of Ferrous and Non- ferrous materials {plates and pipes} such as Copper, Aluminium, Stainless steels, Inconel and Carbon steel.
