• Managed a $100 million annual budget covering unrestricted, temp restricted and permanently restricted funds

• Built from the ground up the organizations travel division including adult luxury travel, affinity group travel, and student educational travel programs. Conducted tours across Europe and the Pacific, embarking via vessel charters, jet tours, and land based tours with content experts.

• Managed through pandemic and natural disasters, mitigating losses and retaining business. Coordinated funding and support from FEMA, Katrina Go Zone Program, Deepwater Horizon (BP Oil Spill), SBA, Shuttered Venue Operator Grant, and the Coronavirus Relief Func (Cares Act)
