Review of contract documents at pre-bid meetings with campus and consultant to eliminate constructability issues.
Facilitates effective management of all campus construction projects to ensure long term goals are being met and the campus is in full compliance with all state, local, federal and SUNY regulations, codes, directives and expectations.

Create an environment for training and mentoring new employees/coordinators in multiple departments.

Design of HVAC and mechanical systems.
