Scheduled and directed staff in daily work assignments to maximize productivity.
My responsibilities also included project management, marketing, leasing, rent collection, payroll, training each building manager in collecting rents on time, serving 3-day notices, attending unlawful detainer cases for evictions, answering maintenance request when submitted and hiring cleaning staff to keep each building cleaned and maintained.
Responsible for petitioning the court for unlawful detainer cases and followed up with attorneys until cases were closed.
Supervised all building managers, planned and organized apartment turnovers and complete remodels.
