Project Cost: 18,250,000 Louisiana Housing Sponsored

Project: Meadows at Nicholson, Baton Rouge, La.-- 204 unit senior living four story wood and

cmu constructed, community that included elevators, large lake, walking trail, playground, dog park,

solar power-- access control gating and FOB entry systems. Project Cost: 23,500,000

HUD Financed Project.

Springs Apartments, Balch Springs Tx.:215 unit senior living four story family living community,

commercial/residential hybrid construction. Construction Cost: 23,800,000

Favrot & Shane Companies/Lake Development Const. Co./1st Lake Properties Multi-family

(Residential and Commercial Rehab).

Directly responsible for field/site actions for new construction projects. Pre-planning activities,

critique plans (RFI etc.); works closely with design architects, design engineers, interior designers,

contractors and suppliers. On-site supervision, material buy-outs, sub/vendor, code enforcement/

fire marshal inspections, all related production activities and safety control.

Managed post construction activities, warranties etc. Projects consisted of new and renovation

construction of Major Apartment Developments, Townhomes, Mini-Storage Projects and gated

upscale single family homes, light commercial office buildings. Some of the most recent

projects consisted of the Brewster Commons Apartments (240 unit) 3-story wood frame walk-up in

Covington, La. and the Bella Ridge Apartments (264 unit) wrap around 3-story parking garage

with access walk bridges from the parking to the upper floors. Gabriel Homes gated community

in Kenner, La. built upscale townhomes and garden style homes.

Duties included: Project Management/Site Construction Superintendent for this mid size meeting facility was built as a gift to the City of Kenner. This architecturally large scale gazebo steel wood structure and various site CMU baths was built from donations from the owners of Favrot Shane. (Siezler Group Architects)

Safeway Mini Storage/Warehouse (Metairie, La.) Dollar amount 5,150,000.00

Duties included: Construction Project Superintendent (overall responsibility). This project consisted of commercial elevators, climate controlled air conditioning and all steel mini storage warehouse. CMU and steel stair access for this two storage facilities. Site existing buildings had to be demoed and site developed to receive the new slabs and structures. (Favrot Shane Architects)

Hullen Townhomes (Metairie, La.) Dollar amount 15,345,000.00

Successfully managed/constructed the 40-upscale townhomes for prominent people in the New Orleans, Metairie area. The site had rear loaded parking and elevators not to mention the lavish interiors. Quality control was of the upmost part of this project.

Brewster Commons Apartments (Covington, La.) Dollar amount 23,887,775.00

Duties: Overall site project management and construction superintendent responsibilities for this upscale 240 unit, three story walk-up apartment community. This project consisted of clubhouse, pool, fitness center, access control gated entry, enclosed individual garages and covered parking.

Bella Ridge Apartments (Metairie, La.) Dollar amount 32,450,000.00

Duties: Project Manager for this 264 unit (8) three story buildings that wrapped two 3-story concrete parking garages and accessed by site built bridges.

Clearwater Creek Apartments (Metairie, La.) Dollar amount 10,110,283.00

Duties: Project superintendent for this 190 unit apartment community.

Managed improvements/ renovation of existing real-estate for 1st Lake Properties New Orleans metro area: : Dollar amounts varied from 35,000- to over 4,000,000.00 individual project improvements. Over 9500 apartments in portfolios. During the past 20 plus years all have been renovated in some form or fashion, mostly re-siding projects, interior build outs and site improvements.

Directly managed successfully sub/vendors etc. for strip mall conversions both new and rehabs, Projects included Commercial portfolio for office buildings, banks, medical facility improvements and mini- warehouse repairs etc. and new construction.

*Hurricane Katrina; 190 million dollars in repairs. Instrumental in getting 3500 units back in commerce expeditiously. Water and wind damage Rehabs. Governor Blanco praised owners on the speed of getting housing back up and running so quickly.
