Deh Sabz Residential Development, Kabul, Afghanistan. Civil design package of approx.

300 hectares of land that broadly includes, main entry and marketing village, about 3000

dwellings, civic, religious, commercial and recreational facilities, urban infrastructures, utilities and services.

Palm Jumeirah and Palm Jebel Ali Masterplanning Dubai, UAE. This landmark project included demographic analysis, public transport assessment and model split derivation, commuter behavioural analysis, carparking demand analysis, traffic impact assessment interpretation, transport planning, road corridor planning, environmental impact assessment, water quality, maritime engineering, water & sewerage, waste water treatment and all other associated infrastructure engineering.

Jumeirah & Umm Suqeim Fishing Harbours Redevelopment Masterplanning, Dubai. The

project involved preparation of basic designs for masterplanning the redevelopment of 3 fishing

harbours into co-located fishing and recreational marina facilities along the coast of Dubai, including covered harbour operations, civil infrastructure needs, adjoining infrastructure

planning and concept engineering of all facilities. Also included is the detailed design of land

reclamation and breakwater earth and rock works for tender documentation.

Dubai Creek Floating Pontoon Abra Station, Dubai, UAE (Dubai Municipality). This project

included the design and supervision of five new public transport ferry (abra) stations for Dubai Creek. Specific issues included consideration of safety, passenger needs, and heritage issues and incorporated both land and marine side works.

Dubai Maritime City Masterplan. Assisted in the preparation of the Design Guidelines, and the

Urban Landscape Guidelines of the Dubai Maritime City (DMC), to be located on 230 ha of reclaimed land between Port Rashid and Dubai Dry-docks. DMC is being masterplanned as a fully integrated maritime city, covering shipbuilding and maintenance, ship services and management, maritime academy, maritime exhibition centre, passenger services & maritime leisure activities.

Saqr Port Berth No. 8 Expansion, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (Saqr Port Authority). This project

included preliminary design of a 250m expansion to the quay wall at Saqr Port. The project included marine, structural, civil, electrical and hydraulic design elements.

Responsible for the preparation of the civil drawings for the project of Detailed design of civil

works on Car Dealership showrooms at Dubai Festival City that includes the design of four Car

dealership showrooms, internal roads, potable and firewater reticulation, street lighting, irrigation and landscaping, storm and wastewater drainage.
