Have extensive experience in casual dining, fine dine and Caribbean cuisines. Work closely with the Executive Chef to manage daily and monthly food cost budget, by ensuring standardized recipes are adhered to. Actively involved in the management of daily and monthly food cost, this is achieved by ensuring portion sizes are adhered to, waste is kept to a minimum and cooks are extensively trained.
