Take off, estimate, and assemble all electrical apparatuses, with design build when required through trade ethic and infield knowledge. Estimate labor, material, and expenses at a cost level, to maintain maximum profit percentages. Assist in formation of new company infrastructure at request of owner. Have weekly meetings with Owners, office manager, bookkeeper, project managers, superintendent, and foreman to implement infrastructure and flow of responsibilities. Implement a internal Gnat chart for detailed project planning and scheduling in separate timeline phases to be directed by PM and chain of command below.
