Sand, polish and inspect all engine nose caps for small aircrafts. Sand with 3 different grits of sandpaper (300, 600, and then 1000 grit for a fine finish) by hand to ensure there is no possible defects that are visible or felt by touch. Leaving a professional mirror like finish to the stainless-steel engine nose caps for customers approval and satisfaction.
