- Marine Insurance Coverage and follow up the Insurance claims.

- Follow up the payments sending to the Suppliers and receiving from the

Customers.

- Arranging Certificate of Origin, Signature Verification and any other Certificates

for Trade from Chamber of Commerce

HR ACTIVITIES:

- Employment Visa Procedures and Follow-Up

- Maintaining Employees Files, Records & Passport and Leave application

- Giving Instruction for arranging Visit Visas & Hotel Bookings for the Guests

- Arranging Employees Medical Insurance, Group Life Insurance and necessarily

follow up for accidental claims, If any.

- Follow up for various Government Departments for necessary Trade License
