Quality control through inspection process throughout the factory manufacturing process

Follow buyer’s requirements very sincerely and follow their comments to make a good garment. Always try to make the buyer happy by following their rules & regulation.

Easy for understanding sample status we make a workbook for buyers.

All types of samples are good monitoring & requirement wise send to buyer for approval.

Work on Product development according to the buyer’s instruction.

Make sure to send sample according to buyer requirement & personally check the sample fitting with related mannequin before dispatch to buying office.

Attend buyer meetings Educate operators about technical and buyer standards.

Check print, Embroidery with approval swatch, and give approval.

Check the accessories. With approved trim, file wise and give approval.

Check the fabric lot with buyer approval swatch.

Make sure all process quality control from style layout start period.

Performing PP meeting style & order wise.

Check factory in-house quality procedure and advice to follow our required criteria.
