TEK-SYSTEMS –Mount Sinai Health System Oceanside, NY February 2022- July 2022

Worked on the EPIC software migration and assisted with hardware deployment and support of the end users during and after the installations to make sure that the equipment is performing properly.

Duties included: Installation, setup, updates and maintenance of over 58 servers. Answered support calls daily for over 340 employees.
