Duties and Responsibilities:

o Organizing and executing assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements

o Meeting with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation

Human Resource:

1. Creation and implementation of the standard company/office manual, based on the Philippine labor laws and basic safety procedure. 2. Orientation of the newly hired workers on the standard Company policy and basic safety procedure, such as, Attendance, Behavior, Compensation and benefits, Personal Protective Equipment’s, and the likes. 3. Recruiting of workers, as needed per project, from head hunting, posting of advertisements, up to the hiring process and signing of contracts. 4. Attending to workers and employees concern most specially but not limited to their compensation and benefits, tardiness, performance evaluation and behavior.

5. Preparing and computing workers and employee’s payroll, from summarizing their daily time records (DTR) up to releasing of their salary. 6. Preparing and updating the mandatory government compliances such as SSS, Phil health, HDMF and the withholding tax.

7. Assistance in giving the proper trainings and seminars needed by the employees and the management itself.
