1.1st July 2023 – Currently, ART Clinician, ZIHA (USAID – PACT) Chibombo District.

Provide the complete range of services to ART clients on a daily basis.

Provide integrated health services such as Family planning, growth monitoring program.

Case identification and management for special PLWH such paediatrics, unsuppressed clients and pregnant women and exposed children

Review daily, weekly, monthly performance in case finding, linkage, viral suppression and provide technical support to the field teams.

Supervise, monitor and mentor Community health workers.

Community outreach services.

Perform clinical procedures within the rules and regulations consistent with organization procedures

2.4th October 2021 – 30th June 2023, ART Clinician, USAID-SAFE (JSI) Chibombo District

Provide the complete range of services to ART clients on a daily basis;

Case identification and management for special PLWH such paediatrics, unsuppressed clients and pregnant women and exposed children.

Review daily, weekly, monthly performance in case finding, linkage, viral suppression and provide technical support to the field teams.

Initiate new clients on to treatment using the most recent treatment guidelines from MOH.

Work with M+E unit to observe and document trends related to viral load results for each client and per facility and report cases of high VL through relevant channels.
